Question about Canon CanoScan 4200F Flatbed Scanner
My scanner was working fine until- after trying to scan a page of a book it refused to scan and makes a continuous clicking noise - rather like a gear box out of sync. I would like to strip it down as I think something has stuck and needs freeing. Am not sure how to get the cover off - alternatively I need to know where the nearest service department is - I live in Sheffield South Yorkshire
thanks for your advice - in anticipation
Cool. I bought the scanner 2-3 years ago and i had the same problem. I gave it back, received a new one ... exactly the same noise ... on 3 different computers. **** product!
