Depending on the make and model, you probably have several options. Check the connection sockets on the back of the TV, and look for one of the following:
1. "Audio Out" may have two RCA plugs labeled L and R, for basic stereo sound. These may be colored red and white, and have corresponding plugs on the back or your audio tuner, labeled "In." Use a red and white plugged audio RCA cable to connect them.
2. Alternately "Audio Out" may have what appears to be a headphone jack. Audio cables are available that have the 3.5mm plug on one end and RCA plugs on the other (called a Y-splitter:1 mini-plug/2 RCA plugs.) The RCA plugs will connect to the back of your audio tuner.
3. "Digital Audio Out Optical" is a conection that uses a fiber optic cable. If you have an optical connection on both the TV and tuner, you can use an optical audio cable to connect them.
If you need to buy an audio cable, they are available at your local electronics store, or online at sites like Amazon, here:

Any one of these options will work. The optical cable solution provides higher quality sound, but is more expensive, and unless you have the proper peripheral equipment (like speakers positioned for surround sound) you might not notice the difference anyway. Good luck!
