There are a few things that can cause this. This may be an issue with the TV itself or with how your DISH Network is set up. Are you able to change channels at all; with the remote or the panel buttons? There are many things that we would need to go over. Hopefully this is resolved for you, but if you have questions, or are having any other troubles, I cna help you out. I enclosed a link to the DISH website, which will walk you through the steps of a power scan. The power scan scans through each code on the tv until it finds the correct one for your remote. I hope that this helps.
Sometimess it is the dish receiver have you tried rebooting the dish receiver, hold down the power button on the dish receiver until the picture goes away then turn the button aloose then don't mess with it until the receiver reboots, then see if your audio returns.
