You'll also need to download and install the USB Data / Modem drivers to your PC for your Data cable to work properly

Sign up to enter the site. (It's as easy as 1-2-3)

As a member, you can then download the new Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) for your PC for free.

**Make sure you download the USB Drivers, too.

The download for the PC Suite is in .zip format. You'll need to unzip it to a new folder. (You can create a new folder on your desktop)

After unzipping the file to the new folder, double click on it to open > locate the >>
Setup icon and double click on it.

This will install Motorola Phone Tools (PC Suite) on your PC.

Start the Phone Tools Program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Download the Data Cable/Modem drivers and attach your phone to your PC with a USB data cable.
(You may also be able to use Bluetooth)

Sure, the best place to get it is by downloading PK2 tools for motorola. there will be a driver in the download and you just need to maunally update to this driver.

Also, you can downloads Mobile Phone tools software, which should also contain the drivers.

This Model (Moto w-180) has USB v1.1 connectivity option but it is of "NO USE AT ALL"
because it does not Support any time of media (pictures, music, even polyphonic tones) so what u will do with drivers? Its USB option is only for company use or to be used by repairers..

I doubt your pc would be 64 bit, only 32bit, but you should have a cd and usb lead with the phone.
