Well my sister was listening to my mp3 and when i got it back it was like frozen. i couldn't hear any music and none of the buttons seemed to work. Not sure what to do I pressed the reset button. When i turned it back on, it said Re-building Library with a white line at the bottom..but the line stopped past the b in building and wont move for hours. I pushed the reset over and over and somehow it moved all the way down to the Library's Y but got **** again and wont move. At some points it would say low battery but when i charged it, it didnt seem to do anything. Finally at sometime today it returned to my music menu and seemed to be back to normal, but when i went to charge it, it froze again. After pushing reset again i'm back to where i started..v.v'

I just got my mp3 and i dont know how to get music the screen just says "welcome to recovery mode" wath do i do to get music???!!

In order to get it off the recovery screen, you need to go to Sandisk's website and download the Sansa Recovery Tool for the e200 series. Even if it doesn't "need" a recovery, you must use the Recovery Tool or it will stay stuck in Reocvery Mode.
