MINTEK 32" DIAGNOL LCD WIDESCREEN TV W/ DVD PLAYER
It was purchased new in 2005. After the TV has been on for an
hour all of the colors run together. If you turn it off for
a while and turn it on, it plays fine for another hour and it blurs
again. What do you think is wrong?

Its a way of tellin u ur watchin too much tv lol... no but seriously.
Move anything magnetic or any sound producing electronics away from you television. This includes stereo speakers or alarm clocks. Give your TV 30min. to 1hr. to cooldown completely and see if that fixes your problem.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

There's nothing you can do. The DVD unit and the TV are both controlled by IC2 bus lines that work together. You will have to have the unit repaired or invest in another set. My recommendation is " Never buy a TV with a built in DVD player". They do not last. That is from a professional stand point.
Its not the power pack. The problem is with the dvd player which is also where the cable inputs converts through to the tv. if you are lucky enough to find a new internal dvd unit then you are in luck but I have'nt been able to. Your problem is an old isuues at least 2 years old...Sorry no Mintek tech support available.
