I have a MP3 player

i have a MP3 player and its a RCA H100A and ever sense i have bought it there has been problems. My player plays through Windows Media Player, its the only thing that works for it and thats where i put all my music files that are going to be put on the player. Sometimes i use Limewire or iTunes to get my music onto the computer and to put it into playlists for my MP3 but not all of the music files from Limewire and itunes transfer over to Windows Media Player and dont get recognized by my Mp3
so can yah help me???
