The default username/password combination on this router is admin/admin. If you changed it from the default, you will have to master reset the router. This will mean that you will lose all of the settings and changes that you applied to the router for your network. These will have to be reconfigured after the reset. In order to reset the router, press and hold the red reset button on the back of the router for at least five (5) seconds. Good luck.

You need to reset your router. Unplug it and hold the small reset button for 30 seconds and then plug it back it. Everything will be set back to default settings. Refer back to the manual for certain settings. Default password is usually password or admin
Go to the router on the back of it they have a little reset button hold it for 20 seconds it will set the router back to factory config
