Question about Black & Decker RC400 7-Cup Rice Cooker
Hope you have figured out the ratios but in case you haven't--here are the ratios. The white rice is measured by 3/4 cups. I put three 3/4 cups of white rice in the cooker then add water to the number 3 line--this works great. I had misplaced the rice cooker measuring cup for about a year but found it this morning and sure enough it is the same as 3/4 cup. good luck

You can download the manual for the RC400 at this URL
As for the rice measure (if you don’t have one). My rice measure (and I think most) is 6 ounces = 3/4 of a standard cup.
