I have gave my email adress and my password to someone to hack me but i'm singned out of xbox live and every time i try to connect it says that your xbox live membership information isn't valid.i bet that the one that wanted to hack me has singned in with my information and had changed my password . please if there is a way that i can sign in with my information and he couldn't do any thing with them anymore tell me

Go here : https://login.live.com/

Try every adress you think might be correct. And every password you might think of. When one works, it's your xbox live login and pw.

If you still can't figure out. Search microsoft messages in the inbox of every email adress that you use. When you find a message from Microsoft or Xbox Live, it's the E-mail you used to connect to your account. Just follow the password retrieval procedure from this point.

You can use your Xbox 360 console to find your Microsoft account email address.

1. From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
2. In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.

try to reinstall your browser, or the email app. If that does not help, perhaps you are not using the correct password?
Perhaps someone hacked you address?
Perhaps something went wrong while setting up the address?
On the login screen press forgot password, and look if you get a mail in the mailbox you gave the provider as backup address in case you forgot the password. If nothing happens, the address is (no longer) yours.

Only one person is supposed to know your password. If you forgot it, when logging in, on that page is a button, forgot password or something like that. Press the button and you will get an email, on the address you gave the site while setting up your account. Follow the instructions in the mail and everything will be ok in just a few minutes.
If someone hacked your account and did change the settings, you don't get an e-mail, you won't be able to claim the account. You have to setup a new account.

don't simultaneously use other device connected when you are on xbox live , then you ll have difficulty playing on xbox live .

Make sure you disconnect all other devices connected to internet before you connect you xbox to internet

if you have no devices connected to your internet then may be some one has hacked your wifi

change the wifi password , it ll fix the issue :)

Your password for Xbox Live is the password you have on the microsoft account, which normally is a "hotmail" account.

To reset your forgotten password (make a new password), you have to go to this website, https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx , and write in your email adress, then follow the steps and you should be able to reset your password :)

You need to contact Xbox Live Support asap and let them know what happened. They will help you get the account back under your control.

When you call be sure you have

• Your gamertag
• Your password
• Your answer to your security question
• Your Xbox on and I front of you

When you get a hold of someone be sure to write down the reference number they give you.

if u canot , log it on fb , the 1: ur password has bin changed i.e ( bin hacked )
or 2: u have 4 got ur password ,

iff u kno ur password to ur email adress u used to sighn up to facebook with , then go to login on the fb home , put ya email adress in , try ur password , <--- if that dnt work then click 4got password , follow wah it says , then go ut email ( sighn in ) click the link within ur email , then change it , but allso make a note ov ur password some were in ur phone / p.c !!!!

You would use the .net email address that you used to sign up for the xbox live service... usually a hotmail or msn email.
