Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
If your mp3 player is not plugged in to the proper usb port, then it stays gray. you can try plugging in ur mp3 player, or instead of dragging and dropping, try importing files by clicking the import media button. it might just not have recognized the file.
