Question about Nikon Coolpix L11 Digital Camera

Nikon Coolpix L11

I received this similar camera for christmas of 07. After about 2 months of using it the picture screen busted on the inside and I had nothing to do with it. I returned it to the store where it was purchased and they gave me the same camera that I currently own. Just last week the screen did the same thing that it did to the first one...I dont know what to do about this problem...and to be honest Im kinda pissed about it! Let me know if you have any suggestions on this topic.
Peace**

I have this same problem? It's like the screen is frozen. Is there a way to fix it?

Hello,

there are a few reasons why LCD screens usually break, leaving the camera inside a car out on a very hot or cold day.

Light pressure stress on the camera LCD will cause it to break by storing it in a pocket or by dropping it.

My computer does not recognize my camera after hardware is added. (Nikon Coolpix L11). This camera model is not given as a choice in the wizard.

Having gone over a month without a response to my query, I assume my suggestion to use a card reader solved the problem.

Nikon coolpix L11 Lens stuck

Try jiggling the lens. Use compressed air to blow out any grit around the lens barrel. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to get the camera serviced.

My camera lens is stuck and is giving me the "lens error" screen when i turn it on. then shortly thereafter it turns off. I got the camera for christmas 2007 so nothing should be wrong with it....

How can i fix a stuck lens on a Nikon COOLPIX L11?

I have the same problem with my nikon coolpix s200. After 2 months the lens of my camera won't go inside. On the lcd screen stood lens error. I went to a shop with this problem. He took the battery out of my camera and press the off and on button for a while. Then he put the battery back in the camera and press the on button. The lens of the camera was now going inside en outside and inside and outside with a strange noise. And also on the screen stood lens error. Okey, the lens is inside the camera. But how can I fix this camera? What is the problem? What have you done? Please let know..!!

Coolpix L11 Cable and Moniter trouble.

If you are speaking of the display on your camera, I would check the battery. It may need re-charging. Not sure what to tell you about the USB cable. You can find your USB ports on your computer either on the back or sometimes the front of the computer.
