I have a dewalt 24 volt drill/hammerdrill dw006 will not work when battery fully seated but when pulled out about 1/4 inch it works how can I fix this

Check the battery contacts on the drill for broken wire or bent tab. Make sure all the battery contact areas for the battery and drill are clean. If the terminals are dirty they will burn a hole in the contacts.

One of the lenses don't focus

You have the classic signs of the most common binocular fault: a bent or broken eyepiece carrier yoke.

The cause is usually due to the binos being dropped or stored standing on the eyepieces. The only cure is a replacement yoke, but the repair is rarely cost-effective unless the binos are really expensive and top-quality models. Yours probably do fall into that range, so contact an optical repair specialist for an estimate.

Broken/bent yokes cannot be repaired: If bent, then it's near-impossible to unbend them accurately enough and in any case the process will always either break the yoke or will severely weaken it. Broken yokes cannot be glued together as the contact point is just too tiny for the loads it carries, and as it usually bends before breaking you'd simply end up with a bent yoke afterwards even if you could glue them.

I seem to have a slight double image. when I unscrew one side of the lens a bit it lines back up, but leaves the lens loose. What could be wrong and can it be fixed? thanks,Brent.

When last available new, yours sold for just over US$100 and repairs will typically far exceed that price.

I've had for ten years now. Last time I loaded

It's possible that the battery contacts have become corroded, or tarnished so that the batteries are not making contact with the battery case. DO NOT use steel wool to clean the contacts, as the steel wool shed little pieces into the battery case, and can cause a short circuit inside the radio. Use a brass brush to clean the battery contacts, then spray them with a product called DeOxit to prevent further tarnishing or corrosion. Good Luck,
Longshorts.

Audiovox battery charger Rbn-300

If you remove the 4 screws to the top of the RBN-300 battery holder, then separate the halves, you will see a small IC board charge controller in the top 1/2. Remove the 3 screws to it, gently remove the board & (with a magnifier) look at the contact to the side of the board from the power plug (close to the LED light.
If you wiggle the low volt power plug, I expect you will see that the solder joint has broken on the board edge. Resolder & reassemble -I use hot melt glue to help support the plug to avoid re-breakage between plug & board.
This may fix your problem unless the erratic circuit connection has killed either the control board or you battery.

I've the same problem.

I opened both radios and swapped batteries.

The problem followed the battery from the inop radio.

The battery specs are 3.7v-720mAh and its audiovox part number 156-2241.
