Question about Nokia 6300 Cellular Phone
We have a Nokia 6300 which will not turn on - flashes the screen the Nokia hands logo appears but then nothing. The Nokia update software can not detect the phone.
Sadly, as this is a present we we have no receipt we can not use the Nokia warranty.
I have the same problem with my Nokia 6300 which i purchased January this year. There could be 2 things wrong with it: the software, or the battery is stuffed. There are 2 options to fix it: you either take it to a mobile phone repair shop or take it to a Nokia Care/Support center to be fixed or replaced. I recommend u take it to your nearest mobile phone repair shop it may cost a little but atleast you'll get it back sooner and be able to use it, as the Nokia centers tend to screw you around a bit they take weeks to assess the damage and get back to you with either a fixed phone or replacement new one.
