Question about Jeep JXBLK Cassette/CD Boombox
My CD player on my boombox won't work. The disk will not spin. I used the CD player very rarely....but would like to use it now. It is a Koss CD Stereo Double Cassette boombox.
The laser is dead or damaged. Try swabbing the laser with rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip, then IMMEDIATELY blowing dry with canned air. If this fails, the laser is dead. If it is a Sony KSS-2xx series laser (try to peek in the laser slot to see the decal on it) you can get replacements online. If not, it's junk.
