You could contact Tevion support forum here
or go to ebay and type in 16 pin car audio as your search, you may find what you are looking for there. I haven't seen one, is it a standard iso type?
Surely if it is Tevion specific there should have been one with the radio?

Good news are that the TEvion 2413's connector is a standard ISO connector, so you can buy one at most car parts dealers or at most serious hi-fi stores.

Will the pioneer deh p3100ub fit a 92 civic?

Yes, it should slip right in, but I recommend you buy the adapter for the wiring harness. Look here for details and instructions are pasted below:

1992-95 Models
See Figure 4
Removing the radio will require removal of the front part of the center console.
The original equipment radio has a coded theft protection circuit. Before beginning removal, be sure to know the code for re-installation. The code is erased whenever the battery is disconnected or the No. 32 (7.5A) fuse from the under hood fuse/relay box is removed. When power is re-connected, the word "CODE" will be displayed and will require entry of the 5-digit code for that particular unit.

WARNING All SRS wire harnesses are covered with a yellow insulation. Read the SRS precautions found in this section and install the short connectors as described.
  1. Disable the SRS system as described in this section.
  2. Remove the center instrument panel by removing the four philips screws on the top and sides.
  3. Disconnect the 4-pin connector from the cigarette lighter.
  4. Remove the two screws, then disconnect the 16-pin connector and the antenna lead.
  5. Carefully pull the radio/cassette player out.

To Install:
  1. Plug in the 16 pin connector and install the two retaining screws.
  2. Plug in the antenna lead, the cigarette lighter and carefully install the unit.
  3. Install the center instrument panel. Re-connect power to the car, and enter the 5-digit theft protection code for the radio/cassette player.
  4. Enable the SRS system.

I'm putting panasonic cq-c1103u player into 2001 corolla using an adapter plug. I have all the wires connected from plug to player harness, but the is 2 wires left over from the plug, the blue power antena...

unless you have a power antenna or an external amp, all those are extra wires. just cap them off. the orange wire is only used if the radio has an illumination feature that allows dimming on the radio. it is not needed to see the radio. DO NOT connect the blue/white from the radio to the orange of the harness. whenever you turn the radio on it will send 12V to your cars illumination circuit. this could damage your lights, dash lights and maybe the radios output.

Problems with Metra METRA PR01-0001 PIONEER 16-PIN UNIVERSAL WIRING HARNESS?which wires are which

I don't know what pins are what on the METRA harness, but the wires coming from the back of the Pioneer unit should be:

black ground
red accessory (KEY)
yellow memory constant power,
blue is remote,
orange is for the dimmer,
green with black is left rear neg.and green is positive,
violet black is right rear negative and violet is positive,
white is left front positive and white with black is negative,
gray black is right front negative and gray is positive.

If you don't have the pioneer harness (and so these wire colors dont' mean much to you) just message back here, and I'll map those wire colors to pin positions on the back of the unit.

WIRING CHANGE FOR 2002 DODGE CARAVAN

Your best bet on that one is to go to a place that sells car audio systems or even some autoparts retailers have them, and get the proper adapter harness already made up. A few more dollars but, a whole lot less headaches.
