Re: MFP Board for Konica-Minolta BizHub 252C
If it's under a year it's still under manufacturer warranty.
Call Konica-Minolta and talk to tech support. Even if you don't have the receipt they know where and when you bought the unit ( if you bought it at a recognized dealer). They should send you a return ground label to send back the unit and fix it free of charge. You will still need to give them a credit card (in case it is more damaged than you claim), but if it's in good condition they will honor the warranty.( I had one that was only a couple of weeks from expiring from the warranty and they told me they would send the label.)

The firmware is at a secured website, for Konica Minolta Technicians. The board might also be bad. the NVRAM is memory that stores major info on the copier. Try to reset it. If it is still showing up, you should try a new firmware version. If it is not working with a new firmware, you should check all the connection to the MFP Control Board. In the worst case scenario, you should change the board. I hope a reset will do the job
Will require a re-flash of the board firmware, MFP. Multi-Function Board. Or Replacement $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Firmware via a Secure Konica Minolta Web site they like their firmware secure that is why you will need a tech.
CFB58 relates to an internal bus error on the MFP control board. To reset you simply turn the machine on/off (main swithc inside front door) If the fault reoccurs, you may need an engineer to flash your firmware/replace the MFP control board.
If it's the latter, I suspect it will be more cost effective to replace the machine. Average cost of a MFP board for your model is £1200.00
Hope this helps
