Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Most ipods can generally be unfrozen by doing a soft reset by holding down the menu button and the center button. You can also refer to this website which may help also. http://www.ehow.com/how_6905387_fix-ipod-nano-2nd-generation.html

Apple ipod

First put the ipod on a flat surface such as a table. With one finger hold the center button. While holding it down press and hold down the menu button at the same time. Hold them both down together at the same time for 10 seconds. Then the apple logo should appear and it will be unfrozen.

Sansa E250 it seems to be frozen

You gotta put your installation cd into the computer and install the Sansa Media Converter. That will put all the pictures and videos on the mp3 player. To get it "unfrozen" just press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 sec.
