Could be you are using too strong of an encrytion, try using a WEP encryption instead of a WPA. If you don't know how to do that , go into your router by typing your IP Address into a web browser usually 192.168. . . . . . then enter the username and password for the router usuaually Admin, Password1. then go to the security tab, and see what your access key is set to.

Cant connect to internet using internet stick

The internet stick you have would be a USB device which is not supported by Xbox 360, you can connect to Xbox 360 wirelessly or through a wired connection

One way of connecting wireless internet is through the ethernet cable to a laptop paired with your wireless router, or you would have to buy a Wi-Fi adapter for Xbox 360 which retails around $90.

Since Xbox 360 does not have a software like a PC, it is unable to recognize the USB internet stick you have as a internet connection, it may probably end up showing it up just as a USB device on the system settings menu on the Xbox 360 dashboard

This is caused by overheating, a cold solder joint under the southbridge or ethernet chip.

Can't connect to xbox live. I use a router and i have pc + xbox connected to it. The internet for the pc works fine but the xbox won't connect to live. Anyone know what the problem can be? Thanks for any...

Troubleshoot this problem on xbox. Sometimes you need to leave the xbox360 until the computer has fully loaded and is connected the the internet. It could be the cable your using may have a faulty conenction.
