    Hello!

I was trying to use 110celsius in cup temperature, only thing that happend, it came out boiling water no luck. But i have set cup temp to 93 celsius now. My std setting were 87. It looks like you have a little low value. You said you have set "coffee Temp" to 83 degrees. Did you mean "Normal Cup temperature"?

    Have you found that menu?

Another tip for you, if you take out the brew group and look at it you will find a metal filter on it whit a X screw in the center of it.

You need i very short screw driver to reach it. Remove that filter and clean it carefully. Put the filter against a light source you must see thru all these small holes. You might need a needle to get rid of all dirt. It will not fall out any small parts when you remove that filter. Easy fix!

    Im running the following settings.

Activated temp in heater unit 140 Celsius

Deactivated temp in heater unit 115 C

Activated temp in steam unit 145 C

Deactivated temp in steam unit 130 C

Impulses with aroma 110 (with todays coffie beans) it will diff depending on bean type.

    Coffie cup tem 93 C

I think the machine will mix hot water and milk to do a perfect milk foam. With this settings a black coffie i SUPER HOT!!

Hi There,

First I would like to say a very big THANK YOU.
For taking time to post a solution, thank you so much.

I can enter both service menu!

I change the "Milk Steam Temp." to 150 degrees, and "coffee Temp" to 83 degrees.

All appears to be working fine now and I am very happy !!!

Thank you again for all you help. Your English is great too :-)

    Hi there,

I just did a few tests and the coffee is still only warm - not hot.

I'm a little worried about putting the Temperature higher.

    Any other suggestions?

Also do you know if the type of coffee bean affects the machine?

I had some beans that seemed to block the coffee coming out and I had to constantly run the "Clean Coffee Cycle" almost after every cup.

    Thanks in advance.

    PS

If you ever need any IT help let me know

    Thanks

    Paul

    Hi there,

I've now changed all the settings the same as yours.

The Milk Temp. maximum setting is 150 degrees.

I set the Coffee Cup to 93 degrees.

Now even my first Latte is hot and I don't need micowave.

    THANK YOU 0505.

Please if you have any more TIPS let me know.

    I owe you.

    Paul

Hi, I have a Saeco Primea Touch Plus, in the display it says error 5. What ca I do? Regards, staffan

I had that error too, the very first day after i received my Saeco Primea Cappuccino Touch Plus from Germany. The curiosity is that the machine was able to prepare a cuple of cups and suddently died with 5 in screen. Going to the service, they said that error 5 is about a lack of pression in pipes, probably due to the unprotected transport to Romania. I don't know if they fixed alsi some jonctions, but i had to pay for few rings. Everything took a day in service, but now is working fine. Hope it was usefull and my english enough inteligible.

Coffee and milk is luke warm when i make something

If you set proper menu position to "high temp", then i think one of the the boiler heater coils must be broken.

Water not running through the machine!

sounds like air got in the water lines. Try turning off the machine and making sure the tank is seated good. at menu try an get hot water to get the pump flowing again. you may hear a loud "eh-eh-eh" buzz which means air is in the pump. It will quiet down as the air is forced out. try it several times. Hopefully you get it working. Just remember not to run the tank completely dry.

Saeco Primea Ring - no milk - just steam

Hello!!
Okay! Looks like many of you out there has the same problem, whit the milk temerature (not me i never had).
But there is a service menu on primea touch plus series.
Im from Sweden but i will try my best to explain how to enter the menu. First of all !!MUST!! write down off parameters before changing any thing!!!! It is possible to set the grinder to grin more coffie for each cup. I think the factory setting is 85 Aroma impulse. It is possible to change that for you type of coffie beans that you use, i will diff from bean to bean.

Okay, to enter the menus you have to turn you machines off.
Now turn it on !!!!!EXACTLY!!!!! when the display lights up press your display in the following order ALWAYS IN THE CORNERS (you will not see any icons were you have to touch on you display) RIGHT LOWER CORNER, LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER.

To enter the second service menu, do as i explained before but use this "CODE" instead. LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER, RIGHT LOWER CORNER. This is it! Hope i could help you! Remeber to write down before doing any changes! DO NOT ERASE ANY FAULT CODES YOU SERVICE CENTER WILL FIND THAT INFORMATION VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Dont say that it didnt work, it will it´s a huge matter of timing!!!! IT WILL WORK!!!!

Let me know some results please!!
