Question about SanDisk Sansa Shaker SDMX9N-512 MP3 Player
I putt new batteries in my sansa shaker and when i turn it on i hear the drum roll **** then it turns off after that what the problem with my sansa shaker?
I had the same problem. What I had to do was to format the sd card. you can go to www.sandisk.com/techsupport for more information. To format you just double click "my computer" on your desktop, then right click on the drive of your sansa player and choose format. Unfortunately that will erase all your songs but if you have them saved then just reinstall them. It worked for me. Good Luck.
