Try open for steam, it could be that there`s an airbubble inside the fluidsystem. Or maybe check the manual if ypu need to empty the system after using the steam, I know some older models has to be ventilated after the steamprocess.
When it says to ventilate, it is asking you to prime the pump. Put acup
under the panarello wand ( the steamer/frother) to catch thedischarged
water and press the hot water button (upper left button onmy machine).
Wait until air stops coming out with the water, usually3-5 ounces, and
then press the hot water button again.
You machine is now ventilated (primed) and should be ready to go.
the machine come with a little pump put water in the pump and insert the pump inthe water hole and press the water in the machine try to ventilate fill the water tank cheers
