Heat the cups with hot water and keep them full of water until you are ready to pour the coffee. Put the milk in first and then the hot milk you have frothed. The coffee stays hot till the last sip

Heating not working

The factory temperature setting is low so that they can advertise the machine as 'low energy'. You can increase the temperature by pressing a series of buttons when the machine is in standby. Go to Instruction Manuals to read the required setting.

How do I increase water temperature on Krups KP 2100

Heat the cup before you use it, run hot water over it, or boiling water. The machine does not make very hot coffee otherwise.

DeLonghi Magnifica 3200 how to increase coffee temperature?

Evening to you
Not hot enough, do you leave it to stand with the green lights on?
By my experience the machine is best left on so everything is hot when the water passes through.
To let some time pass before you make the next cup.
And lasly to make sure that machine is clean.
Good luck

How to increase temperature on model BCM120. The coffee is not hot enough after brewing. Is it possible to increase the temperature on the thermostat.

There is no temperature adjustment for the heating element under the carafe.
The Instruction Manual says:

If coffee is too cold, machine not preheated, cups not preheated, milk not heated enough (if making a cappuccino or latté)

We need to increase the hot water temperature, how

Depending on the model, if using a manual knob for the tea valve(same kind of setup as the steam) then you will have to turn up the p.stat. If it has an electronic button then remove the front top panel and look on the side of the solenoid you will notice a knob attached to another solenoid called an economiser valve, there should be a plus and minus sign on the knob. Reducing the amount of cold water being mixed with the hot water will increase the temperature.

Reduced flow of hot water through the coffee brewing head and increased noise level from the pump. Both pressure and temperature too low for espresso

Check screen and diffuser for blockage, backwash machine. If you still have the noise problem, when runnig the head, then it is block at the solenoid. For the temperature, it is possible that the one of the thermostat is damaged.

Adjusting the temperature

Our Bunn VPR was delivering luke warm coffee. The problem was lime scale buildup on the heating element. I recommend using a cleaner such as Brew Rite or a vinegar solution. If it still does not heat properly, unplug and remove the heating element for cleaning. This corrected our problem.
