How about if you change the battery? because that can also be a problem with the battery or some of parts inside it..

Well As you suggest That the Batteries are Quite fine and charged,We can assume that either the device is down due to an internal problem in the board or the Cord which is in contact the battery is not working..Thus in Both the cases i would highly advice you to take th C-pen for service to the authorised Company Service centre Who can service it unless Hopefully it is not the time To Replace it in case Where you must a new one my friend..

No power is one of 3 things

1.) Battery / Contacts
2.) power switch or button
3.) dead mainboard.

If its oisnt the battery or the battery contacts then more than likely its the main board thats damaged. You may eighter contact the manugfacturer for a replacement boad or you may need to buy a new one. Other than that there isnt much you can do. As to repairs itself on the board, Its microcircuits which makes repairs and modifications by human hands really difficult.

if you are able to open up the unit, please try to check the contacts of your battery, there is a possibility that the battery contact is broken or rusted.

if it is loose, resolder it and if it is rusted outl just give it a quick cleaning, do be careful though.
