You have the wrong code. Hold preset buttons #1 & #6 down, turn on radio. Keep holding down buttons, record 1st 4, then 2nd 4, of radio serial number. Either register your car on-line with Honda to get the code or go to a Honda dealer.
inside glove box there should be a sticker with the radio serial number and code. if that has been removed then you could try the honda owners site. you'll need the vin # and some other info I was able to get the code recently for my 2010 CR-V
This is a problem with the CV joint, most likely. On a newer vehicle like yours, though, it was probably a defective part from the factory, and should be replaced on warranty.
the whole consol with the ac controls and radio comes out as one, and then the radio is disconnected from its bracket, the side panels under it and around it are removed to access the bolts that hold the whole assembely in the dash
You have a RFI problem that's radio frequency interference. you need and RFI strap for radio to radio attena or an RFI strap from chassis to engine. hope this helps. this is the only way to get rid of unwanted RFI. good luck!
"XM Ready" means that you have to have a satelite radio installed in order to have XM service. I went through this when buying my 2005 CR-V and thought that all I needed was to set up the service. If you have an XM receiver installed you can controll it on your Honda factory radio. It is very misleading.
You will have to have it programmed at a Saab dealer. It wouldn't hurt to remove the old EHU (radio) and see if you have different connectors. Remove the screw covers (4) carefully and remove the screws. Then it will come right out. I think there are different connectors which would mean you are screwed but I am not sure. Make sure you have the Nav. DVD.
