31, 2007 TO ENTER THE PRODUCT KEY NUMBER. WHY DID IT EXPIRE? DOES IT NOT COME WITH THE COMPUTER WHEN PURCHASED. CAN I TAKE IT DOWN TO THE STORE TO HAVE THEM RESTORE THE PROBLEM
