If you can see either E09 or an LED continually flashing nine times between pauses your washing machine has detected a problem with a specific part. Error code E09 means there is something the matter with the part in the washing machine control board that drives the motor.
Hello Johnny Cooper -The error code "E20" typically means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged.Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and if issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.
some machines come with a reset program but not all. Suggest you pull the plug out and wait 20 min untill washer has totally discharged. In the mean time, try and drain the water from the tub. Take note if the drain pump motor is working as well. Retry a wash program..
having the same problem found in side a small black hose with a small hole in it but have no idea what this hose is for. may be it is connected to some water sensor.
If you open the top of the washer , there is a "tech" sheet in there to tell you how to reset the error codes.
My washer started this. Then stopped spinning. Now it will not even wash a load. It stops mid-cycle. The ER 20 means that something is not draining right. We checked all of the tubes leading to the pump. Nothing was clogged. The technition seems to think it is a motor controller error.
