Question about Canon imageRUNNER 3300 All-In-One Laser Printer
Hi there! So... let me preface this by saying I've changed plenty of printer toners in my time... I suspect that I'm just being a moron or something, but for some reason I can't get the toner cartridge out of this Canon 3300IR. I've followed the screen directions - move latch, pull out toner, but the back end of the cartridge gets stuck and won't pull completely free. I've fiddled around with all the knobs and latches I can see, is there something I'm not doing?
Thanks for your help!!
To change the toner on this machine you do not need to take the toner unit out of the machine completly. Toner is meant to be fed with that unit slided out of the machine. Be the case you need to take out that unit. Look below the unit and you should see a white plastic with one screw. remove screw and plastic. And the unit could be taken out easily after that.
