My palm pixi screen is broken,where can i fix it.

1) Connect your mobile to computer
2) Open My computer and check for a new drive which appeared after connecting the mobile.
3) Open the folder and Copy the Pictures from Photos Folder

You can go to palm.com and log in to your profile to have them deactivate it.

You can access USB Drive mode by pressing and holding the orange key/Option + Sym + U after connecting the phone to yourcomputer. This enables you to access USB drive mode if the screen is broken or stops responding to taps. From there you can use a patch to bypass the pin.

hi troy camolo take the battery out of the phone. Next then hit the pouer button 3 times. The toogle switch will results in the phone resetting.

The screen is broken, maybe the lithing is broken (that happened to my PC, still said things), needs replacement

There are two possible solutions to this problem

1. if you've previously linked and synced your phone with a google account then you can simple go to google.com/contacts to view your contacts from where you can export them to outlook etc and then on to your new phone.

2. get/borrow another palm device running webos. reset it. sign into your account, if you'd previously enabled backing up to your palm profile online, you can just sign in using your palm profile id and the contacts will be synced with the new device. Then sign into google and sync the device with a google account and from there you should get a hold of your contacts.

Palm pixi cell phone has both a sliding phone and a straight phone.Which is yours?

Sliding Palm Pixi phone with a black screen is always caused by a thread like object inside the phone.
These threadlike object is connected to the phone board and is also connected to the screen. (makes the screen display). When it gets damaged or has a cut due to sliding of the phone, it makes the screen go black.

Straight Palm Pixi phone with a black screen can be caused, when the phone of the screen is damaged,might not be by the phone dropping on the flow,it might be an internal damage from factory (factory default).

I would advice if the phone is on guarantee,you can take the phone back to where you purchased the phone from fro them to replace it with another one.

Butplease,make sure you don't Tammper with the phone,sothat they can be able to replace it without any damage.

Replace the screen.

You will have restore the software from palm.com. That may fix your issue there might be a corruption in the software itself. Restoring your firmware it will delete all your information in the phone. hope this helps.
