It is common on Whirlpool models for the water to splash out the top when filling especially when sheets or nylon cloth is loaded in the washer. Air fills the cloth and balloons the garment up this caused water to bounce off the garment and splash out the back. This is the most common reason for those mysterious leaks. Lowering the water pressure coming into the washer can help prevent this.
check clear tube that is inside machine.1st take off shell of machine look for clear tube about 1/4 inch diameter.it sometimes comes off,it pushes over nipple to load size water fill knob.if it came off the water will keep on flowing and over flow.if that's the problem just put a dab of silicon on nipple and push tube back on.
Yes, this is normal. All newer washer have auto temp control fills. This is to meet energy saving requirements. The less hot water used the more energy saved. Most hot settings on washers give out basically lukewarm water. The detergent made today is made to work well with cooler temperature water, so things will still come out clean.
Littleone.. please check your instructions.. some washers now dont need Hot water connection to them...they heat their own as part of the efficiency settings on the wash programmes themselves!
