My mp3 is not turning on
HI,
First try formating your player once, you will loose all your songs but if there is any memory corruption problem it will be solved.
You can format it by plugging it in to my computer with the USB. then go to MY computer you will see external drive there.Right click and select format.
If the first method doesn't help the go for this one:
this process will erase all songs off the player.
Disconnect the player from computer.
Turn the player off.
Hold in the volume + button.
Reconnect the player while holding in the volume + button.
Continue holding the volume + button.
After 5-50 seconds, Windows will pop-up a "Found New Hardware Wizard."
- complete the wizard .
Make sure it is charge , Try alos to connect it to a power supply and power it on so we can see if this is only a battery problem or a device itself, If its still under warranty you can just have it replace.
Hope that helps.........
Is it fully charged, or is it connected to wall power?
Try removing batteries and provide more details.

"Triple Reset for GoGear:
Disconnect the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns off. Hold
in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while
holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an
additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery
mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New
Hardware Wizard. If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again
WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and
go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to
computer. Follow the repair instructions.
After repair is complete, upgrade the firmware for this player.
Will erase all the songs, but you should be good to go again."
