I had the same problem with my RX580 and spent multiple hours on the net downloading **** after **** that didnt work. I finally had to pay for the solution which included the complete Service and Repair manual for the RX560, RX580, and RX590 and the Adjustment program to reset the Eprom to 0 again. Very detailed with pictures and step by step instructions. Worked like a charm and I finally have a printer after about a month. I can sell you the same kit which I can email to you after $17.00 is deposited in my Paypal account. The service manual is in Acrobat form. Worth every penny..since a service facility will charge 55.00 for the same results. This is totally legit...you can check my integrity by checking my profile on ebay. My user id is edlocc and you can check my feedbacks and email me to verify it is me. Good luck.
