You can check the fuses but if all other dash lights work and radio plays then i would say its time to replace radio, there no bulb to change in radio, this is a digtal display and it went bad,

If your radio is an LCD display, then it would be bad back light bulbs. These can be repalced.
Just shine a flashlight on the display and you should be able to see the time, radio station etc....
I just opened my radio faceplate up from my 2004 grand am and the bulbs have gone bad.

You can buy a replacement bulb (comes with socket) for the led display from G.M. $10. Cdn. It takes about 1/2 hr to re and re the radio, remove the faceplate and then remove the bulb socket by twisting counter clockwise and install the new one clockwise. i just did mine on my 2000 Grand Am GT.

My clock in the radio quit working a few days ago, does it need a light bulb replaced or a fuse?

If the clock is part of the radio, suspect an internal failure of the radio

Radio,clock cigarette lighter

lighter will most probably be on its own fuse, which in your case is blown.
radio and clock will probably be on the same fuse, which has blown.
Its important to remember that most radios have their own fuse which is found at the back of the radio.(radio will have to be removed) but try the easy fuse first (in the fuse panel

replace the bulb in the overhead light. the light cover should just pull off (may be a small clip to free it, flathead screwdriver )

NO power to the radio or clock

Did you actually check the radio plug for power, or does the display just not illuminate? I ask because this radio has a little bulb inside that burns out that illuminates the clock, and radio station. You can confirm this by trying to use the radio normally, and trying to 'seek' a station. If you can get it to tune in, it is definitely the bulb. Another way is to shine a nice bright flashlight into the clock face. You should be able to see the stations and clock, that at least will tell you that the radio is working. - Hope this helps =)

My clock light has gone out on my Grand Am - can we replace a fuse to get it working again and if so where is it located?

the clock light doesn't have a separate fuse, it is on the same fuse as all the lights in the dash, what has happened is that the tiny bulb in it has burned out, this bulb is soldered to the circuit board inside the clock, you will need to remove the clock and replace that bulb, radio shack sells the bulb.

I have a 2003 pontiac grand am the clock radio and radio have no display lite. How do i change the bulb cani do this myself

First make sure that is the only interior lighting that is not working. If there is anything else not working properly check the fuses. If that is the only light not functioning than I recommend replacing the radio; or take it to someone who is really good with electronics, because replacing the bulb yourself may be very frustrating with someone with no electronic experience!!

2002 Jeep Liberty radio/clock display not working

If the radio works, but the display doesn't the bulb is burned out, I think removing the radio is necessary to replace it. I would see it as an excellent opportunity to upgrade sound systems and go with an aftermarket unit that will interface with your Ipod.

No radio display

u must pull the radio out and remove the top cover of the radio, under that u will find a tiny bulb socket just behind the display inside the radio, remove that twist in bulb socket and replace the miniature bulb, any parts store will have it.

Infinity radio - display window not functioning

inside the radio is a miniature bulb that back-lights the display, this is true of all radio's, in fact they all use the same tiny bulb, these do burn out from time to time, u will need to remove the radio/CD unit and then pull the top cover off, inside just behind the display u will find a small twist in socket that contains the bulb, u can buy this bulb at any full service auto part's store for about $2
