Question about Samsung Blackjack SGH-I607 Smartphone
A few days ago i turned off my phone and turned it back on
all of a sudden it became stuck in the "phone off" mode and it wouldn't turn on even when i went to the wireless manager
if i wait a while and try to turn it on through the wireless manager, it turns on but works only for a few minutes. afterwards it freezes while showing that i have a network even though i can't make any calls or anything
Try doing a master reset. this will delete all of the data and settings but it may help. go to settings, push more until you see security, and then press reset. if not have AT&T send u a new one (if you still have a warranty) if you havent already you should try a soft reset before doing the master. soft resets leave all of your data intact. to do this: turn the phone on. after it is on fully, remove the battery and wait about 30 seconds, then reinsert the battery.
