Question about Cameras

Senario Vu-me I've installed the software, connected the photo keeper to the pc. Double click on the desktop icon brings up a screen, but I can't access anything but the program files on "C"; can't access pictures in "My Documents". How do I access and transfer jpeg images to the Vu-me>

    My pictures are all in Windows Photo & I cannot get any pictures to come up on the Image preview screen of the photo viewer software. Like fsistrunkias's it seems like I can only access file in C. Thank You

Go to this web site and download updated software http://vume.senario.com/ . I was able to go to other drives, but you can see which folder you can access and put your pix there. Also you can change your pix to jpeg using open with, using windows picture and fax viewer, and then change it back to Microsoft Photo.

You can change your Windows 7 Desktop photo, also called wallpaper quickly and easily. If you like variety, you can alternate photos and settings on your computer display as well. It takes very little effort, time and computer knowledge to do change your Microsoft Windows Desktop appearance.

Bring up your Microsoft Windows 7 Desktop. Let all the software load completely. You will know it is done when all icons appear in your Windows task bar in the lower left hand corner. Right click (opposite of left click) once on a blank space on your Desktop where there are no icons. This will display a properties menu. Choose personalize from the menu that appears. Notice the different categories of wallpaper that appear. Choose the one you like best. Wallpapers are displayed as tiny icons but you can double-click to see a full image. Click a folder, such as pictures if you would like a picture or wallpaper from your own collection or the Internet. Windows 7 will save this background in your collection for future reference. Check the box that says change picture and choose amount of time you would like the wallpaper in Windows 7 to be displayed. This step is optional. Select picture position. Here you may have to experiment until you find one that fits your screen (resolution) the best. Choose what looks best for you, do not get caught up in the numbers or labels. Hope this helps.

COMPUTER CRASHED I NEED TO RELOAD CD BUT I DONT HAVE ACCESS CODE


There are now several versions of the basic Futura software and AutoPunch available on the market. The most current is version 1.0.0.2. To determine what version of either software you have, you will find this information around the inside rim of the CD at approximately 4 o'clock. Before loading any of the Options into your computer, check the version and then follow the steps below. The following steps will update your software so that you will now have the latest 1.0.0.2 version of the basic program and all options.

To load base software 1.0.0.0 with AutoPunch 1.0.0.0 or base software 1.0.0.1 with Autopunch 1.0.0.1

  • You must use bobbin part number 085128. This bobbin is specifically designed for the Futura CE-100 and CE-200.
  • Load Base software (have machine set-up for embroidery with USB connected to both machine and computer - machine turned OFF)
  • Turn on Futura machine and double left click on Futura icon to open program
  • Close program and turn off the machine
  • Install Autopunch and leave the CD in the tray
  • Download appropriate update for Windows Version from the Futura-Support.com updates and save to desktop
  • Double left click on the desktop download icon to install update
  • Turn on Futura machine and double left click on Futura icon to open program
  • Type in the Access code from Autopunch jewel case and then left click on the check mark to open program

When I try to scan or print a message comes up telling me to ck power and usb connections. I have unplugged and restarted computer 4 times and still have problem


It could be a communications error message, the printer is not communicating with the computer.

  • Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable.
  • Disconnect and then reconnect the printer power cable.
  • Restart the computer.
  • Remove and reinstall the printer software

  • If your printer does not function properly or communication error messages appear when using your printer, you can remove and reinstall the printer software.
    1. Click Start®Programs or All Programs®Dell Printers®Dell Photo AIO Printer 962®Uninstall Dell Photo AIO Printer 962.

    2. Follow the instructions on the computer screen to remove the printer software.

    3. Restart your computer before installing the software again.

    4. Insert the Drivers and Utilities CD, and then follow the instructions on the computer screen to install the software.

    If the installation screen does not appear:

      1. In Windows XP, click Start®My Computer.

    In Windows 2000, double-click My Computer from your desktop.

      1. Double-click the CD-ROM drive icon. If necessary, double-click setup.exe.

      2. When the printer software installation screen appears, click Install or Install Now.

    Setting up the handset

    1. On the handset, touch the Menu icon located in the lower left corner of the main screen.
    2. Touch the Settings icon located on the bottom of the menu tabs.
    3. Touch the Bluetooth icon.
    4. Touch Turn On.
    5. Touch Settings.
    6. Touch My Device Visibility.
    7. Touch to select On.
    8. Touch Set.



    Setting up the connection

    1. On the PC, double click the My Bluetooth Places icon on the desktop.
    2. Click View devices in range.
    3. If the handset does not appear, click Search for devices in range.
    4. Right click the icon representing the handset and click Pair Device.
    5. Type a numerical pin code (example: 1234) in the Bluetooth PIN Code field and then click OK.
    6. On the handset, an Accept? prompt will appear, touch Yes.
    7. Type the same Bluetooth passcode (Bluetooth PIN Code) entered on the PC and touch OK.
    8. On the PC, return to My Bluetooth Places.
    9. Right click the icon representing the handset and click Discover Available Services.
    10. Double click the Dial-up networking icon.
    11. When the connection window opens, click Cancel.
    12. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel and double click Phone and Modem Options.
    13. Click the Modems tab.
    14. Click to select Bluetooth Modem and click Properties.
    15. Click the Advanced tab.
    16. Type at+cgdcont=1,"IP","isp.cingular" in the Extra initialization commands field.
    17. Click OK.



    Making the connection

    1. On the PC, double click the My Bluetooth Places icon on the desktop.
    2. Click View devices in range.
    3. Right click the icon representing the handset and click Discover Available Services.
    4. Double click the Dial-up networking icon.
    5. Type ISP@CINGULARGPRS.COM in the User name field.
    6. Type CINGULAR1 in the Password field.
    7. In the Dial field, type *99#.
    8. Click Dial.

    You will now be connected to the AT&T data service


    NOTE: I had to change every instance of "isp" to "wap" for this to work (including the Advanced Settings Tab), but y'all might not have to. Hope this helps.

    Start from scratch, uninstall everything and pretend your installing for first time:

    1. have keychian unconnected from usb
    2. install software
    3. DONT RUN SOFTWARE YET
    4. connect keychain to usb
    5. on keychain select: USB update
    6. Run software

    Scenario vu-me digital photo keychain problems


    Our vu-me golf photo ball came with a small CD that has the photoviewer software on it. It keeps slipping out of my CD-ROM drive because of its size. We also have Windows 7 and the software isn't compatible. We're unable to find a downloadable compatible version of the photoviewer software.
