Hi, i have recently installed the sims complete collection onto my pc. After i spent ages building a new house etc i went to save the game and a message came up saying ; ERROR ON SAVING. I have tried several things but the same message keeps coming up. I have also unistalled the game and re installed it but it still wont save. please help me....!!!
Spotlight interferes with the way the program saves. Open spotlight preferences and click on the privacy tab. Tell spotlight not to search your save games folder. then it should work fine.
There might be Two Reasons:
1. Check whether the Dirve has Minimum Free space in which the Game is installed. If not, then Copy some unwanted files to another drive and check the game.
2. If the above one doesn't work, then Right Click on the Game Icon and Select "RUN AS" > Now Select Administrator and which would Run the game, check if this one works
This is a known issue going on with this game. However, I would be glad to find out if their is any other way to resolve this issue.
