On the taskbar see a printer icon on the right-bottom corner. Double-click to open the printer icon (or alternatively go to Start > Settings > Printers and faxes > Double-click the right printer). Then delete all pending print tasks from the list.

My xerox 6015 will print documents that I have previously printed even tho I am not requesting it to be printed. Nothing is in the print queue to cancel. what is wrong with it?

I assuming you mean you get 2 prints when you only asked for one. Looks like the driver default settings are set to 2 copies.
If you can use the copy facility and print one copy that sort of eliminates the printer. The problem must be further up stream towards the computer sending the print.
You also. If he like to remove the print driver and reinstall it, the default must always be set to 1 copy.

ID Copy asks me to present front side and then back side. But it prints one side only.

You have to flip your card over, scanners only scan one side of things and that what is facing down

Will not print photo. Asks for card. Need to print from computer, not from photo card. It has worked in the past.

You just have to send the print request from the computer, if you press the photo button on the printer it will always tell you to insert the card. It knows how to print when it's sent a print request.

Bizhub 250 slow to print files

When you ask to print the page are you asking for more the one copy? If you are there is a collate check button next to the requested sets box, in the print dialog box. Make sure its not check. Collating the print means your PC sends a copy of the file for each requested copy. IE: you print one page and ask for six copies, your PC sends the file six times, one copy of the file for each print requested.

Also because your printing from a windows application IE: Excel you should be using the PCL print driver as apposed to a PostScript print driver. The time it takes to convert the file into PostScript for the printer to process it is time consuming.
