Question about HP LP2065 Monitor
The monitor is faulty, this is confirmed when you connected to several laptops.
The fault could be a faulty inverter board which supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp for the back lighting. Have a close look at the monitor at a sharp angle, if you see a faint Windows image then it is definitely a back light fault.
