Re: I bought a song from i tunes but i didnt recieve it....
Try restarting itunes then looking in the 'downloads' section on the left-hand menu of itunes. Usually itunes will try to automatically redownload you song if it didn't work the first time.

you can reset your password by using these three options
1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using your phone number
To re-set the wireless set up you need to press the button on the receiver and the one on the mouse at the same time. Both buttons - same time. Have a friend help you if you are unable to reach both and hold them down for at least ten to twenty seconds. When you press both buttons it should reset your system and solve your problem.
