Error Code SC 367

Had message saying used toner bottle almost full, so we thought that meant the pull out cartriges in the compartment below the toner bottles.
to save money as you do, we hoovered these out, then received the above code any ideas? p.s. still dont know where the toner bottle is placed??

    It's entirely possible that when the vacumed it out, the developer went with it. Not only does it need toner but it needs developer as well. Which means calibrating the toner developer sensor as well to take care of the copy quality issue.

    SC3XX usually have to do with sensors. 367 doesn't come up on my charts specifically.



    I have to check the charts to determine the Ricoh equivalent to that number.



    Ricoh doesn't provide the error codes to end users, only to technicians.

    I'm sorry I don't have a solution to your problem, these bigger devices are outside my field of expertise.



    These codes are not explained anywhere I could find, I checked with ricoh and the codes are not listed in any of the manuals or in the knowledge base



    you can contact ricoh support from this page http://www.ricoh-usa.com/support/ I imagine they have the documents of the error codes there or they might just tell you to get a tech to come over and cost a few hundred $$$



    Please click on repost / request more assistance or what the button on your side says im not sure. Maybe theres another expert out there with knowledge on this error message & your device.

Fix an error message on the Ricoh Aficio 1224c that says 'used toner bottle full'? We have emptied the used toner bottle but the error message persists. What is the best way to fix this?


Check the waste bottle to see if there is a chip mounted on it somewhere. If not see if there is an optical sensor or clear window. If there is a chip it will need to be replaced or a new unit used. If there is a window or optical sensor you should be able to remove it, clean it out, and replace it. These are often the last part to fill with toner and create a light path block.

WASTE TONER IS FULL ERROR


You have to empty out the waste toner bottle... The bottle is a milky white plastic and I believe it is right under the fuser unit. It should slid out toward you. Carefully dump the toner out of the bottle into a plastic garbage bag and re install the bottle and you are done....

Waste toner is almost full on Savin C9020



The bottom left portion of the display gave the error message:
Waste Toner Bottle 1 Almost Full. Please call service.


They were still able to print, however this message would not go away.


To Fix:


Power down the printer using the normal shutdown method.


Open the top front door.

Remove the cover directly below the 4 toner cartridges.

The removable cover below the toner cartridges is actually the Waste Toner Bottle.


Bring this to the dumpster.



There is a round, clear-plastic tab on the underside of the "bottle". Remove this.

Shake the bottle around over the dumpster. Continue until all the toner has been removed.


Push the clear plastic tab back in place. Wipe off all toner residue before putting it back into the printer.


Put the waste toner bottle back into place. Power on the Savin. Confirm the message no longer appears and that users are able to print.

How to remove error code e000019-0000 in canon photocopy ir3200 machine


This is a code for the waste toner bottle being too full. The copier usally displays that the waste toner is getting full and needs to be dumped. But if the customer ignores this message for too long it goes into this code. Empty the waste toner bottle behind the front door. Be sure to clean the neck of the bottle also. Reinstall the bottle and power down the copier and turn it back on. Things should be OK then.

The copier shows an E013-0001 and "Waste Toner Full" message. The Waste Toner Bottle has been emptied and SW1 is operating properly but the code and the message are still appearing on the display.

Answer :
The counter for the Waste Toner Bottle needs to be reset back to zero in Service Mode.
Enter Service Mode level 1 by pressing * 2 8 *, select Copier > Counters > MISC, then highlight WST-TNR, press Clear - the counter will zero out.
Power off the copier, turn the copier back on, the Waste Toner Full message on the display should clear out.

So, you need to do next:

Because of statics and plastic bottle, the toner is collected on bottle neck, where is two circles. Even if bottle isnt full but the neck of bottle is dirty the error will occure.
Clean the neck with dry cloath, and then with some antistatic detergent, this will take care of the bottle.

But more permanent solution is to disconnect the waste toner sensor. You will see it above the waste toner bottle.Its a white connector with wires. Pull it out.
But then you need to take a very good care of amount of waste toner in bottle, because if it gets too full it could broke the waste toner gears. So that means that you must every time when you replace the drum, empty the bottle too.

I already replace all cartidges and its still saying replace waster toner tank or install What does it mean?


There is a tank in the back/side compartment that keeps toner waste fluid. It is in a container like a water bottle and the fluid is black in color. Once you pull it out there is a full line and the liquid on the inside is what needs to be discarded. Empty the contents and replace the tank. Restart your printer and the error message should clear up.

Canon imageRUNNER 2020 alternates between displaying Error Code E019 and saying "Waste Toner Full".


hi you have a waste toner error code, the waste toner is apart of the drum unit in these machines so you will need to order a new drum unit for it.
easiest way to fix the problem.

The sensor is dirty or damaged cleans or replaces. This is not reset.

Waste motor error


The wate motor transfers (you guess it) waste toner to the waste toner bottle. If the bottle fills up, the motor cannot transfer more waste to it. This is rare, for the printer should ask for a new waste toner bottle when the previous one fills. However,it happens frequently when users try to empty and clean the bottle instead of replacing it.

If a new waste toner bottle is in place, then the printer needs a new motor, which can only be purchased through an Authorized Service Center.
