Yes, try to call the appliance store where you bought your unit or the manufacturer of that brand name and model. They will send you an owner's manual by mail or by email. Thanks for asking.

Sorry, the user manual isn't available online. This is a JC Penney own brand product and there is no customer service number available either. Take it back to JC Penney and demand one with instructions. It's brand new - you shouldn't have to hunt down the instructions.

I am sure - nobody will beat our online manual price as it is FREE . Click HERE to see it. As far as shampoo system - if you spend enough time you may be able to find one cheaper than in our store so you choose what you want to do.

If you had a kirby that was 1990 or newer - it has not changed much. If you had one older - then you will love the power drive option on the Ultimate G and it has more power than models prior 1990
