All songs must be in MP3 or WMA format in order for the player to load any of the songs to play. If songs are in any other format (MP4, ACC) they must be converted to MP3 in order to work. Instructions are on the Intova website how to convert music to MP3 if needed. If the songs that are loaded onto the player are in MP3 format when you press the play button you should see a yellow indicator light meaning the music is playing. If this light does not come on there may be an issue with the player. If this light does come on but you still cant hear any sound then the headphone wires may be damaged. If there is an issue with the player or headphones manufacturer Intova will be happy to help get you back in the water. Please contact Intova at email@example.com for further assistance. Thank you.
