Call a technician! Ask if they are experienced in mini split systems. You can check the air filters. Check the outdoor coil to see if its clean or covered up with dirt. If it is then turn off power & wash it. And at the breaker or disconnect, turn off power, wait 5 mins, and turn it back on. Then give it 3-5 mins to see if it will reset itself. If this don't work, call a tech/service provider! These units are troublesome to troubleshoot.

P 4 code means problem with the outdoor unit, Most likely low on refrigerant. Check all copper pipe connections for leaks first, then add refrigerant after checking pressures.
Its normal that the air coming out is warm cause you set it to heat mode. Check your setting temperature, it is normal for the unit to shutdown when it will attain the setting temperature and operate when the temperature is lower than the setting temperature(heat mode).
