Hi,
That is the standard CO production of many ovens....
For some reason there is no requirement for a check of them and no limits for them... yeah it's nuts...
Also there is no adjustment on most so there is no way to correct it...
Just make sure you ventilate the room when using the oven... that is the best you can do....
If you choose to buy a new one it will probably be just as bad...

Defy Gemini Gourmet Multifunction Thermofan double oven. The top oven is not heating up?

Question edited for clarity and toss in a load of CAPS.

Disconnect the element and the fan and check them both for continuity with a multimeter. If the circular element or the fan fails, nothing works, so it could be either.

If you switch oven on it trips main power. what can cause that

Probably close to 50 things could cause that, but here are a few of the most common: Bare wire in a harness of the oven, causing a short-circuit in the line. Faulty plug on the power cord. Outlet in the wall is damaged. Loose wire in the outlet box, causing a dead short. Bad wire between the outlet box and the main breaker box. Weak breaker, or a breaker that isn't heavy enough to handle the load of the oven. (especially, if you just bought a new oven, it may need a larger breaker to handle start up.) Use a fused multi-meter (voltmeter) to check for these issues, and do not try to fix it if you are not familiar with electrical work. It could cause a fire, or give you a deadly shock.

Ariston stove wiring cx 67s p6 x ng

When you replaced the burnt out selector did you notice any other damage? The selector switch may be connected to the energy input control. Most circuits have some sort of control, allowing only the right amount of energy to be put in. If this got damaged, the fuse would be inconsistent.

GE Monogram oven ZET1SMSS decals rubbed off. I called GE parts and they said they do not just sell the "overlay." They said I would have to purchase the control panel (~$400) to fix the problem. REALL

I had a very similar problem with my oven so I contacted www.ovenlettering.co.uk who supplied me with excellent quality replacement decals with super fast delivery!
The video on the website made it easy to apply them too

I had an home energy audit done and the carbon monoxide level reading was 266 parts per million, which the auditor was way too high. Is this a high level for a ARGS7650 gas oven or within the...

The oven is not burning properly, you require a service on the appliance by a gas registered engineer, as this is specialised area that requires special equipment without getting into this too far, it should cost depending on location, around £50, if you have a gas boiler the same engineer can offer this service.
Hope this has been helpful.

Where is the pilotlight on a ge xl44 gas stove I belive it is in the door under the oven well I turned the gas on and stuck a flame down there and nothen took off is there a certian place to put the flame....

In general lets be clear. The OVEN pilot is located under the oven door at the top of the Broiler. It is a small piece of metal just before the GAS safety Valve which acts on temperature so gas won't flow unless Pilot is lit,That's the OVEN PILOT.The stove's RANGE is the top burners where you heat Pots and Pans.It has either 2 Pilot lights that connect the burners to the Flame they are under the Range Top.Newer Models use electronic ignitions no flame. Please note if you had your stove/oven disconected or Gas off when you turn it back on there will be air in the line that needs to escape before you light. This is why in NYC when Utility Co.works on steet main the MUST re-light your appliances.Be Careful with Gas.Good Luck.

Gas smell when start oven

Hello, Kimquy25 -

Fixya.com is not a website for scheduling a Sears technician to inspect your gas stove.

Since you live in Houston, Texas, see the information here:
https://www.searshomeservices.com/locations/appliance-repair/tx-houston/4201-main-st

Personal opinion: If you can avoid it, do not use your gas stove / oven until a repair person checks it. Also, if you think there is a gas leak, IMMEDIATELY LEAVE YOUR HOME, go to a safe location and call the CenterPoint Energy natural gas Leak Emergency Hotline: 888-876-5786. - See more at: http://www.centerpointenergy.com/en-us/residential/customer-service/reporting?sa=LA#sthash.fGZo7JXh.dpuf

Best wishes.

3 prong outlet/4 prong plug

If you bought an electric range , it is a 220 volt range with a BIG plug and can only be used in a 220 volt outlet.
If you can plug a small appliance into that outlet then the outlet is only 110 volts and you need an electrician to run a new 220 line!!!!!!
Was the range you are replacing a gas range??? If so that runs on 110 volts like you TV and toaster and every other small appliance in your house!
If you are not sure what you are doing get a professional to help you!
Every year in the United States thousands of people die buy trying to fix the electrical in their home alone!
BEWARE 220 Volts will shock you! BUT USUALLY will kill you if you touch it!
