ELMO Visual Presenter (Model EV-2000AF) does NOT display COLOR properly onto HDTV monitor. (Appears Bluish or Reddish w/ 2 Composite Cables connected)

Those jacks you are plugging into on the HDTV are not composite inputs. They are component. The reason the color is not right is, you have to have a Red, Green and Blue connection.

The black and white picture from the 1 cable is because you are using a composite signal into a component green.

Big difference between a composite and a component signal. I hope this helps.

I need help in my computer, last night my computer's screen color is normal but today i start my computer so its screen color has been changed in green .. so tell me how it has chaged and now wat do to do?...

This can happen dur to the following reasons
1. Monitor cable that is connected to the tower may be loose, disconnect it and reseat it properly.
2. Monitor cable is damaged, please check if the cable is pressed against some thing and damaged, if so you can detach the monitor cable and buy a new cable.
3. Monitor is faulty, the color functionality electronics is bad, this can be rectified by a monitor service personnel.
4. Display card is faulty (onboard or add on), to check if this is not the scenario - Disconnect the monitor from the tower and turn of the monitor and the switch it on you should be seeing colored bars, if the colours are looking good then the monitor is fine and the display card is faulty.

Please check the above steps one by one and reply to this post in case you are unable to narrow down the cause. Thank you for contacting Fixya.

Solid line completly across screen, monitor is brand new

Your comp's video card refresh rate (in Hertz, abbreviated Hz) may not be totally compatible with the monitor. Check the properties of your video card, and change the refresh rate (you may have to look around for it) to 60 Hz. This is a pretty standard refresh rate that works with just about every monitor. If it's already there, I'm afraid someone else will have to try and help!

Hope this helps, and please rate my answer, good OR bad.

Good luck!
