How could the ring volume be adjusted (turned down or off) on a samsung inkjet tel./fax SF-340 series?

To adjust the ringer volume, simply press the left/right arrow buttons, the SF340 must be in standby mode.

Every time you push one of those buttons, the ringer volume will be changed down or up. Volume 0 means no ring.

Please let me know if it helped.

Good luck!

How do I delete and add numbers to the speed dial on my Samsung SF340 fax machine

1 Press and hold the Speed button for about two seconds.
• The display shows Speed [00-80]>##.
2 Enter a two-digit (00~80) number and press Enter.
• From 00 to 09 will be used for One-Touch dialing, and from 10 to 80 for Speed dialing.
