I am assuming that you are asking for instructions for a laptop ??

if so you need to either go to

start
all programes
have a look there if in the programes it states the make of the laptop you have
if it does click on it and it may be the user instructions

or have a look elsewhere in the programs you may find it

if not make a note of the make and model of your laptop

if its say a acer then go to www.acer.com

if a hp go to www.hp.com

if a compaq go to www.compaq.com etc etc then find your make and model
then search for manual

download it
also download adobe reader as you will need it to read the manual
