Hello,Instead of replicating your laptops desktop can you please try extending the desktop. This way your laptop can keep its native resolution and so can the projector. Let me know how it goes.

It's going in to protect mode check power supply fix the caps it's overheating

you camera use a HDMI cable,
If you play a video your hear sound?
If don`t show images or videos and not sound.
May the cable HDMI is failure.

you should be able to change it by selecting menu then setup followed by plug & play. Look for setup wizzard. If not look for reset to factory defaults in the menu screen again. I hope this helps, if not give me a feedback. Good luck.

You Wil Have to have A TV that Automatically ajust VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL FREQUENCIES OR ONE THAT YOU CAN ATLEAST AJUST YOUR SELF i DON` T kNOW OF ONE ALL THE NEW MODEL PANELS AJUST THEIRSELF!

It's allways best to check your User Manual for any LED signs, go to your providers website, input your device, and download if any manuals for it. there you will find what the trouble is.

This problems u are having it is not the causes by the tv,because ur tv it is a analoge CRT tv,don't have this functions zooming in or out or the problems just causes only 8% cutting off edges of the tv pictures only.If the problem it is happening to ur analoge tv it will have no vertical hold at all.The devices u are connected to the tv and using have zoomming in or out buttons or ajustment buttons of the sizes of the picture on the screen.Used the devices remotes controls to readjust ur zooming or pictures sizes adjutment.

When it goes black can you see a ghost image? It will be a normal tv picture but very faint black and white looking, you may have to get close and look at an angle to even see it. If so that means your backlight system is failing. If you don;t see an image then it is a problem with the power section of the board inside the tv.

Check if it is covered by warrenty and get a quote if it isn't. A 42 inch is new and big enough that it should still be worth repairing but it may cost you anywhere from $100 to $250 depending on the shop to fix.
