So, I've had my Nokia 3650 for over 4 years now. About a week ago I got many txt messages at once and my phone just froze. I tried my usual technique of turning it on and off. But didn't work, then it said the memory was full and I needed to delete some files. So, I attempted to delete files, but it didnt let me. I think I had my phone switched on to the phone memory at the time. Now, the only thing it will do is say the "memory full", "phone start up failed" or "memory full delete some info". I don't know what to do because I have so many files, pics, txts, emails, videos, and 200 contacts info (most for business) and I cant access any of it. The worst, is that I assumed this phone was like my last phone and that all my contacts would automatically be saved to my SIM card, which I fear didn't happen.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to briefly get into my phone and atleast retrieve my contact info? I don't want to just reboot my phone, since accessing my files is what's most important right now.

when it says memory full then see that all messages received via bluetooth are cleared from memory. And find out and deleate any unwanted applications in your phone memory. And if this dosenot solves your probs then switch off your phone and turn on at least after 5 minutes.
Memory full means phone memory full. Check if phone memory is full or not. This normally happens when your phone memory is full. Try to delete or transfer items present in phone memory to your memory card.
Probably a virus.. setting it back to factory settings will not work most of the time, got the same issue but on my older nokia 6600, try a hard reset.. press #7370#.. this will erase everything in your phone... contacts.. old messages..images.. i mean all.. back up first before doing this.. =)
hi if you goto your service providers web site or even call them they will send you the settings to update your phone as it seems your settings must be corrupt so give them a call they can send you the settings as an txt message or depending on what network your on you can go to their web site and get the settings sent to your phone that way.
If you have any problems then let me know your network and ill get the settings for you or tell you exactly to get them from but i need to know your country and network ok
