I got this MP3 multimedia player from a storesonline copmany during their conference. There is no instruction to figure out how ti work this thing. Can you help get me a manual.

Use the Philips Device Manager to run a Repair on your device - it will give you instructions, and enable you ti fix your player.

I kinda had the same problem, except mine was a digital MP3 Player, and it was an altus. Now, I don't know if it would be the same, like if this would work on hers, since we have different kinds. But, u can try this. If, it 4 some reason does NOT work, I would just bring it back 4 a refund, and buy an altus, cuz I know what 2 do on Altus's but that's it. Now, this is what u do. First, plug the M-3 Player, into ur computer, but b4 that turn it on. (If, u dont know how to turn it on just hold down the play button) Now, go to www.beemp3.com. When u get there, type in the song, u want in the search box. Find the song in the search box, and click on it. there should be a verification code, like those 1 things u get to test ur eyes or whatever. Now, press enter. Then right click, and go to save target as. Then, click on save. It should start downloading, and WAIT UNTIL IT IS DONE DOWNLOADING! Now, tada!

I had this problem to but with another music player it is a problem thats common its the driver you need to download and install it. I just checked on Delstars website and they are going to put up the drivers soon to download so just keep checking back when it comes back. www.delstar.net

HI,,,,,,,,,,,,I GOT ONE ALSO,,,,I SAW YOUR E MAILS AND GOT WORRIED SO I PLUGGED MINE INTO THE COMPUTER AND AFTER IT DOWNLOADED IT HAS TWO TEST SONGS ON IT,,,,,THE WORKED AND I THEN DOWNLOADED A SONG FROM A CD TO IT AND IT WORKED.....THERE WAS A PIECE OF PAPER IN THE PACKAGE WITH SOME BASIC INSTRU ON IT LIKE HOW TO TURN ON AND OFF, ETC,,,,,I HOPE I HELPED U SOME. THE BRAND NAME IS AMT.

Try holding the play button and see what happens!

Connect it to your USB port and try a Firmware re-load. There should be a disc and instructions supplied with your player. Things like unplugging the player during loading, battery failing etc, can cause a Firmware crash that can often only be resolved by re-loading.

I have a Supersonic sc-512 mp3 player and I don't know how to operate it. I either need help or a manuel to work it. Please send me some instructions? Thank you,Alex.
